  I used to like this flower shop due to its convenient location and good enough choice of flowers, however over the years it became worse. Prices got much higher, especially on special occasions (I remember they were selling roses for 15+chf per piece on Valentine's which is honestly crazy and unfair) , staff became rude and overall quality of the flowers became worse as they start rotting after only couple days at home. I recently discovered there's a farm in Blonay where you can pick a nice big bouquet and it will cost you around 10 chf. Not only it is cheaper, but the flowers are fresh and will stay up to 2 weeks after you get them. Once again, I am not trying to discredit the shop, but sharing my personal opinion that might help others to find an alternative solution and support small local shops instead of facing issues I used to have. Maybe it will also help the shop itself to think about how they treat their clients and change their approach

  Très mauvaise expérience aujourd’hui , la fleuriste a été extrêmement désagréable. Je souhaitais prendre un bouquet déjà prêt et y ajouter quelques fleurs. Elle a dit que non cela ne se faisait pas , alors que j’ai toujours pu le faire par le passé. La façon de parler et de prendre de haut de cette fleuriste n’est pas acceptable. Dommage car j achète souvent ici , mais cette mauvaise expérience ne me fera plus acheter chez Fleuriot ni à Vevey , ni à Chavannes.
