Serviamo solo il meglio ed eccetto occasioni particolari si concentrano su prodotti esclusivamente Ticinesi e Svizzeri. Zum wiederholten Male haben wir uns auf euer Überraschungsmenue eingelassen und waren zum wiederholten Male mehr als begeistert. Dieses Mal sogar noch mehr als die Male zuvor. Ein super Menü. Eine hervorragende Abstimmung und Komposition der Gänge - verbunden mit einer super Weinbegleitung. Phänomenal! Auch der Service war rund herum super. Sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Vom eigentlichen Restaurant, der Lage, der Einrichtung, dem Ambiente und dem Blick ganz zu schweigen. Für uns war dies wieder einmal ein super Erlebnis, das wir a) unbedingt wiederholen werden und das wir b) nur jedem empfehlen können. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch bei euch! Danke für diesen tollen Abend!
