La Tureta è un boutique hotel e ristorante situato nel cuore della Svizzera italiana, immerso nella storia dei castelli di Bellinzona, le montagne e i laghi delle Prealpi luganesi. Un palazzo settecentesco restaurato e rinnovato a hotel, arricchito nel design moderno da un ambiente di antica memoria, come presente avvolto nella bellezza del passato. Nel Ristorante “La Tureta”, gli equilibri di una cucina mediterranea incontrano le tecniche della cucina tradizionale e richiami alla cucina italiana. Un insieme che diviene una filosofia di cucina, coniuga lavorazioni d’eco classica a note moderne, amplia lo spettro dei sapori e delle consistenze per valorizzare prodotti del territorio. Tutto viene fatto in casa: dalle paste alle salse, dagli stracotti alle lavorazioni di carni, pesce e verdure, esaltate con profumi piantati e coltivati nel nostro orto, il tutto senza dimenticare la pasticceria, dolce eredità di fine pasto. Un menù che segue i tempi, il tempo e le sue stagioni, interpretato da una brigata di cucina giovane, con radici nella cultura italiana e una formazione consolidata insieme a grandi chef del territorio ticinese. Il Bar Pavone è un angolo di storia affacciato sulla piazza Grande di Giubiasco. All’interno, tra gli affreschi delle sue salette, si possono apprezzare colazioni, momenti di relax pomeridiani, tea time e aperitivi, il tutto secondo lo stile di caffetteria e cucina dell’Hotel La Tureta.Aperto 7 giorni su 7 dalle 6.30 alle 23.00 a orario continuato.

    A very nice spot to break up the Gotthard chaos. Very nice rooms and a good restaurant, with tables outside in the summer.

    Wir waren im Juni 2026 mit 25 Rennvelofahrer/innen im La Tureta und alle waren begeistert! Warum? Die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit, Präsenz, Hilfsbereitschaft und Flexibilität des gesamten Personals sind mustergültig: Exakt so geht Kundenmanagenent! Zimmer perfekt, auch der Vorplatz für den Apéro, herrlich. Dazu der stimmungsvolle Gewölbekeller. Potenzial ist beim Essen vorhanden (Zubereitung, Geschmack).

    My family and I have been coming to the hotel la Tureta for the past 10 years. La Tureta is a stylish and classy hotel that was much needed in the upper Ticino region. For every trip back to Giubiasco (where I grew up) we look forward to staying at La Tureta and always being so warmly welcomed. It’s a place where all the staff attentively look after all our needs of a family with two young children. We have stayed at La Tureta during every season of the year, and I am always surprised by the variety of seasonal food on offer so meticulously curated. The hotel manages to combine simple hospitality with very high standards of dining with a relaxing atmosphere. My Ticino family members and friends are always happy to come and meet us at La Tureta for a coffee, aperitivo or dinner and even stay for a game of Monopoly in one of the beautifully decorated dining rooms. As we live in Asia, but travel often to Ticino, La Tureta has become our “home away from home.” Furthermore, the Ticino ticket each family member receives is such a great value to explore the beauty of the Ticino region in Switzerland.     Auch der zweite Besuch in diesem Hotel hat überzeugt. Mit einer Gruppe von 26 Rennvelofahrern einen Top-Service erlebt. Apéro draussen und Nachtessen im Gewölbekeller.
