  Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die tolle Zusammenarbeit bedanken! Thomas hat unsere Wohnung wirklich top verkauft – besser hätten wir es uns nicht wünschen können. Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Beratung war ehrlich, kompetent und immer auf Augenhöhe. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die offene Kommunikation und die schnelle Erreichbarkeit – bei Fragen wurde uns immer sofort weitergeholfen. Auch der gesamte Verkaufsprozess war für uns überraschend entspannt. Alles wurde professionell organisiert, und wir mussten uns um fast nichts kümmern. Am Ende wurde unsere Wohnung zu einem super Preis verkauft – einfach perfekt!   I will do this in English because not all of Tom’s clients are Swiss! Because we had used Tom before we already knew that he employs a very sound process to manage the entire sales process and we were very happy to follow it again. First a thorough exploration of what we wanted to achieve and by when and reaching a clear agreement about that. Then followed by Tom’s thorough investigation of the market and subsequent development of realistic price and time options. The whole method is one of structure and control, with no surprises, which is the way we like it. Tom takes a very imaginative approach to the use of technology and drones in developing the marketing offer which presents your property in a very interesting and engaging way, which we found very impressive. And because of his great experience he is very good at identifying realistic buyers and working with them to get the deal done to everyone’s satisfaction. The administration and documentation flows seamlessly, including management of the financial flows, the sales contract and all of the related papers. It is helpful for those whose native language is not Swiss-German that Tom will accept your power of attorney if necessary, a point which I think the Grundbuchamt staff appreciate, and which Tom takes very seriously. Tom’s availability and his communication skills are excellent and proactive, plus he is resolute and reliable. If he says he will do something, he does. This is the second time that we have used him to sell one of our properties, and this experience was just as good as the first time – maybe better. The fact we have used Immobiltas twice tells its own story, I think. In conclusion, because of the way Tom has structured his business and processes, selling a house via Immobilitas is as simple as it can be and his positive and sympathetic personality make him a pleasure to work with.
