  Zimmer etwas in die jahre gekommen. Seezugang sehr klein für gäste, während Eigner des hotels daneben privates grundstück mit dreimal soviel seezugang hat

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sensationelles Gesamterlebnis – Ein absolutes Highlight in Weggis!Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Restaurant Garbi Garbi! Das Essen war von A bis Z einfach hervorragend – frisch, unglaublich lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Jedes Gericht war ein echter Genuss.Was den Abend aber neben der Küche unvergesslich gemacht hat, war das grossartige Personal. Ein ganz besonderes, riesiges Dankeschön geht an Dorin! Seine Herzlichkeit und Professionalität sind aussergewöhnlich. Dorin ist super freundlich, hat eine unglaublich positive Energie und ist einfach für jede Laune parat. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben.Sensationelles Essen, top Service und ein Gastgeber, wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! absolute Herzensempfehlung!

  Zimmer kann ich nicht beurteilen. Haben auf der Terrasse gesessen und etwas gegessen und getrunken. Es war sehr schön und eine tolle Aussicht. Vielen Dank.

  Wellness hotel Gerbi is located along the stunning Vierwalstaettersee (Lake Luzern) in the small and picturesque village Weggis. We came from Luzern by boat, which is highly recommendable. The village is, although there are a lot of hotels and rental houses/apartments, very quiet. There are many hiking trails in the area and there is a nice public swimming area in the lake (Lido). It's just outside the hotel and free for hotel guests. Swimming temperature is very nice (27oC in the Summer). The hotel is built in a very nice local style with a lot of wood. Our room was spacious and clean and had a beautiful view over the lake (we booked lake-view, so no surprise). It was just above the terrace so there was some noise. The bathroom seemed to be just refurbished, which was very nicely done. The shower head could have been larger though. Towels were large and fluffy. The big downside of the room was the lack of an air-conditioning in the rooms. At this price and in today's day and age, this is not acceptable. Our night was noisy (storm through open windows) and hot; we didn't sleep well at all. The small and noisy table fan didn't help much. Most staff in the hotel were very nice and hospitable. Unfortunately, two ladies of the breakfast staff were grumpy. Dinner is of good Swiss quality, with mostly local ingredients. The wellness area was very good, with an indoor and outdoor pool and a good sauna area. All and all, a very good hotel, which could get to a 10/10 by installing air conditioning and retrain some of the staff.
