  Some of the receptionists are very rude and not capable of their job at all! I called a year ago to have the maintenance contract transferred from the previous owner to us (the new owners of the house). The woman who picked up the phone was super unpleasant and told me off by saying the contract is already in place so what do you need madam? She implied that the contract was transferred to us automatically, which I found odd as we never signed a contract with the company. One year later, when there was an issue with the heating and ventilation system, I called the company again and was told the contract terminated following the sale of the house. I was told that I should sign the new contract which hasn’t arrived yet. We will look elsewhere and be very careful with this provider!

  Expérience plutôt médiocre : il faut insister à plusieurs reprises (en faisant finalement intervenir la régie) pour obtenir un rendez-vous auquel ils se pointent avec 2 heures de retard sur l'horaire convenu car ils sont allés manger. C'est important de se sustenter mais un appel pour prévenir, c'est trop difficile ?

  Entreprise la plus déplorable que je connaisse. Cela fait depuis 4 jours que nous avons une panne de chauffage et j'ai appellé chaque jour. Aucune mesure prise et aucune nouvelle. Ne prenez pas de contract avec cette société qui vous ignore !

  17 degrés tout le week-end, plusieurs locataires du quartier gèlent, le préposé aux urgences de ME voit 18 degrés sur la sonde thermique de notre appartement alors que mon thermomètre y intique 17, bref. Entreprise au personnel agréable ce week-end, mais qui ne peut pas intervenir sans nom du locataire ou numéro de téléphone. Dimanche matin le répondeur menace de facturer si le technicien se déplace pour rien. Dimanche après-midi répondeur! Nous aurons gelé tout un week-end comme chaque année grâce au professionnalisme de ME qui serine depuis des années que "ça fonctionne" alors que nous gelons et que les sols sont froids voir gelés.👎🏻
