  Multiple problems with poor quality work and selection of materials requiring work to be redone. Also, not truthful on work that they did not do, but still charged for. AVOID. Problems include poor installation of tiles on toilet. Result was tiles started cracking around toilet and had to be redone from scratch (big job). Done by a different company under warranty of builder. For solar thermal heating, installed wrong gaskets. Result is heating system leaks and fails over the course of a few years, clogging the system from disintigrating gaskets. So pay a lot extra in gas until find the problem, then a few thousand to fix. Came too late when concrete was being poured (asleep or ??) to include external exhaust for central vacuum system. Then lied for months that an external exhaust was not necessary, just an option, despite charging full price for the work (not cheap!) When found another installation where it was done properly, they could not lie anymore and truth came out they were late the day the concrete was poured. But they wanted then to make a horrible hole in the side of a room. In the end the builder had to get someone else to do it, since they did not know how to do, and were just plain incompetent.
