  The review is only for the administration. I contacted them soon enough that I want to begin the course. They had never never informed that the day they booked me the Einstufungtest I was gonna be on a waiting list. ( I already told them my Niveau) The teacher reassured me not to worry for the waiting list. Next day after me a friend of mine gives the test. We were the same level. She got in.And i was really happy for her. I called them and ask them why did I not got in how does it work? They put me on the hold and after that they did not explain anything. Be patient until the end of the week you have chances to get in, they said.And 3 days later they told me I did not get in. Result? I wasted 2 months being sure that I will get into the course because nobody told me the whole process and at the end they were not transparent to me why I didn’t get into the course. People have lives that depend on learning the language and you should be the first to know it Be more detailed when you give information for the whole procedure of the registration that there are also waiting lists (if I knew that I wouldn’t come anyway)and be transparent and honest when somebody asks a question “why I am not in?”

  Die Schulung, die ich noch selbständig bezahlte Katastrophal schlechte Führung der FIDE- Weiterbildung. Die Dozentin ist gerade nach der COVID Erkrankung nicht mehr in der Lage, sich die Namen ihrer Kursteilnehmer zu merken. Sie führt ihren Kurs im Überlebenmodus, sie vergisst eine Verabredung mit der KT nach 15 Minuten und sie will nach Hause gehen. Sie bietet nur die Spiele einen Tag lang an, kann keine sinnvollen Informationen vermitteln bis sie endlich ihren Zustand begreift, kapituliert und übergibt die Führung der Kollegin. Verlorenes Geld und Zeit. Nicht empfehlenswert. ....

  Most teachers are really nice and helpful but the administration and local leadership is only interested to avoid any responsibilities. If you have a concern they “discuss” with themselves. That’s it. Zero feedback or resolution. If you been not rightfully treated and they learn about it, they “discuss it” and that’s all. Apology? No. Feedback? Nope. So until you have zero problem it is good but dare to raise any issue… then you are alone.
