  这家餐厅对亚裔种族歧视非常严重。如果不想体验部分本地人的高傲和狭隘就千万别进去。我于2026年6月15日在该家餐厅就餐，首先我进去找座位的时候，几个服务员明明空着却只是冷眼旁观，并没有上前欢迎落座。然后在我找了一个座位并且礼貌询问一个比较壮实的男性服务员是否能坐这里的时候，他很冷淡表示可以。接下来的对话堪称羞辱，我看他空闲着很礼貌说了一句请给我菜单可以吗？他突然非常大声地教育语气对我说，女士你先坐下，然后会有人给你菜单的！一步一步来，OK？！是那种带着斥责和嫌弃的语气。我一个人前往并且礼貌询问，我只是单纯问他要个菜单而已，并没有做错任何事。他说的语气就好像我做了天大的错事，让我变得战战兢兢不敢开口。别桌的人都看好戏一样看过来，带着玩味的笑容。非常影响心情，但是相反这家店的店员对白人面孔就很热情。

  18-May26, our first and only Bad experience in Switzerland happened in this restaurant! there was one staff that is very rude and did not talk nicely to us (the big guy, you would know if its him) From yelling at us when we were trying to enter the wrong entrance, to me asking if they have hot chocolate and answered “it is written on the menu” , yes it is wriiten but is it available that is the question!. We just wanted to have our first hot choco in Switzerland and just gave us a ovamaltine taste like drink which you can buy from coop. A supposed to be a good memory became our first worst encounter in the country.

  The BEST hotel you can ever ask for, especially you want to be away from the stress and tensions of life, breathe fresh air, view mighty and silent mountains, hear the divine sound of the rain, feel the wind, watch the stillness of purest water, and watch birds....and sit at the balcony and make some arts of nature on your canvas....This is "The Place". You have buses by the door, you can take the cruise for river watch...everything is so near to go to and at the same time far from the sounds and crowd. The staff are so friendly (eg Ms. Sonia and Mr. Etter), delicious home made breakfast varieties, cleaning crew is on time and did a quick job. We didn't eat a lot at the restaurant. Its better to take bus and try different food from Interlaken area.

  Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het Strandhotel. Onze kamer had een magnifiek uitzicht op het Brienzermeer. We hebben van begin tot einde niets anders dan vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid ervaren! Het eten in het restaurant was lekker en ook het ontbijt had ruim voldoende keuze, we genoten vooral van het zonnige terras waar we heerlijk rustig konden genieten van het begin van onze dag. Iseltwald zelf is een heel mooi, gezellig dorpje. We waren een beetje bang op voorhand gezien enkele negatieve reviews, maar we zijn zo blij dat we hier toch verbleven hebben en raden het hotel absoluut aan!

  Our stay at Strandhotel was unfortunately very disappointing, especially considering the very high rates charged for the experience provided. The only real highlights were the breathtaking view and the beautiful location, both truly stunning. However, hospitality and service standards were far below what one would reasonably expect from a hotel in this price category. We originally booked a room for 2 adults and 2 small children through Booking.com and the reservation was fully accepted. Upon arrival, however, we were informed that this arrangement was “not possible” and that it was supposedly a Booking.com error. Instead of offering a professional solution or taking responsibility, we were asked to book and pay for an additional room on the spot, which placed us in a very uncomfortable position after a long journey with young children. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The selection was extremely limited and did not reflect the premium pricing of the hotel. On our second morning, we asked for pancakes for the children and were simply told they were “finished” because of a public holiday and no additional preparation was possible. With proper hotel management and occupancy planning, running out of basic breakfast items, especially during holidays, should not happen. Trying to remain understanding, we then asked for omelets for the children instead, only to be told there would be an additional charge. Requesting a simple warm breakfast option for young children after other items were unavailable should not turn into a discussion about extra fees. Only after we complained was the situation finally handled differently. Overall, while the scenery is undeniably beautiful, the level of hospitality, flexibility, customer care, and overall guest experience did not justify the premium pricing. A stunning view alone cannot compensate for poor service management and a lack of genuine hospitality.
