  Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, super Lage und Hundefreundlich. Bedienung war freundlich und das Essen wurde mit liebe zubereitet.

  Je ne connais pas les chambres, mais c est un endroit de rêve pour l emplacement.pour la nourriture très cher pour peu et basic dommage l endroit est idilique et nous etions 10 tous du même avis.mais le service au top

  Super expérience au chalet du lac. Parking couvert pour les voitures. Accueil très chaleureux. Petit déjeuner très bon avec grand choix. Chambre superbe, propreté impeccable. La salle de bain est moderne avec le sol de la douche à mémoire de forme qui est incroyablement agréable. Petite terrasse au calme avec vue magnifique. Mini bémol sur les oreillers qui ne sont pas au goût de tous. Il aurait fallu pouvoir avoir le choix dans des oreillers par exemple proposer un oreiller plus dur. Attention le restaurant de l’hôtel est fermé lundi mardi. Et également pas de climatisation.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The hotel is idyllically situated with stunning views of the lake, the welcome and service were warm, the room was spotless and very comfortable and the food ( including the extensive breakfast)was delicious! Special mention goes to Sandra on reception who was lovely and Anna who worked like a Trojan cleaning rooms...always with a gorgeous smile...and each day, left our room sparkling!

  Though we never visited the restaurant, our group of 4 did stay in the family apartment at du Lac for 2 nights. Getting there was simple. We got off at the last bus stop in Iseltwald and walked less than 10 minutes down the road. The hotel is located beautifully on the lake and it feels both tucked in and awe-inspiring. Upon arriving, we got our keys from the front desk at the hotel and were kindly escorted to the apartment. However, the woman helping us was a bit harsh and seemed to be looking for a way to reprimand us during our check-in, was struggling to find something, and ended up choosing to try to scare us by saying we didn’t have our “guest cards” and we might get fined if we get caught without them. We later learned these cards are a perk to those staying in the Greater Interlaken area and never ended up in any trouble. After that strange encounter however, our stay was amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the rooms themselves were spacious and you could open all the windows in the apartment to get a nice cross breeze going (apartment was cool at night despite being there in the middle of summer). The hotel is a 5 minute walk to a campsite that has kayak/SUP rentals, food, games, diving board, etc. The best part was the seemingly unadvertised view we had from our room which was incredible to wake up/fall asleep to. Overall, a great experience.
