  Agence sérieuse et cordiale, qui a été à l'écoute et de bon soutien quand j'ai eu d'importantes nuisances liées au voisinage et au propriétaire.

  I am the first to admit that I am a most demanding customer, above all a very principled one. As a current customer of a rental apartment of Schmitz Immobilien, my previous experiences with other Swiss rental agencies were more than confirmed. Once the contract is signed, keys provided, and the actual rent is being consumed, it is when a bad rental agency distinguishes itself from worse. Schmitz Immobilien is the worst. I consciously go out on a limb here as an active customer. I can handle simple bullying, not however being publicly accused, especially if false. Not the first time. I am not alone, former neighbours have already been bullied away. I refuse to be target practice for this new generation and even lower standard of basic principles. I do not apologize for refusing to be target practice, while standing perfectly still? The now (!) anonymous photo, shows a normal Swiss complaint. Photo, email to rental agency, out goes a reminder of the parking rules by Schmitz Immobilien to all 20 contractual parties in the flat I live in. The photo attached was sent with that reminder email of Schmitz Immobilien.. In Short: The blue car cannot/should not park there. I understand, we all do, we all know realities, right. Not ok though, is when the filename of the attached photo was changed into <customer number + full (!) birth name + complaint>. Now to two important details in the photo: Blue car with Swiss numberplate. White car with Dutch numberplate. Based on the filename <14024-1_BOUWSMA_Jasper_Abc_Parkviolation.png> I conclude that from 19 contractual parties in my flat, my name was picked, and made responsible for aforementioned parking-violation. Except I was not, and am not responsible for either blue or white cars. What I am is absolutely Dutch, as the number-plates of (officially NOT illegally parked) white car from the Netherlands. I did not have visitors from The Netherlands, not in this year-to-date yet at least. After a call and my written complaint to Schmitz Immobilien, I was told that "lorem-ipsum-standard-legal-answer-ciao-adios…" It was Friday and close to the weekend. I am so insanely fed up by these inhumane mistakes (yes, you read correctly). That this is not Artificial Intelligent should be clear. Otherwise the filename would at least have been rendered to assure unaccountability for anything. This agency has effectively mobbed multiple renters out of apartments in the flat I live in. This review is not for me, but for you who currently rent at Schmitz Immobilien: be careful. If you found an apartment with this or any another of the local rental agencies? Same-same. Pay attention, especially when you are a non-Swiss resident. I speak as a 25Y Swiss C-Resident Permit Holder and as such as a veteran. This however, goes too far.

  Personal stinkfrech, inkompetent und sehr unprofessionell. Anliegen werden nicht ernst genommen, am Telefon sind männliche Mitarbeiter frech. Frechheit. Wer bei Schmitz Immobilien einziehen möchte, sollte sich auf riesen Kopfschmerzen gefasst machen!
