  I walk in to immediately get bad service. After an hour, wait time. We finally get to our room. It looked nice. But then I noticed bed bugs and random underwear on the ground. Dirty socks looked like a homeless person's house I would not recommend staying here based off my experience.

  This is a great hotel - staff are super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us to navigate around for shopping and restaurants. The rooms are super comfy and very clean. The morning breakfast had a great selection and was delicous.

  I felt very welcomed when I checked in! The pet friendly room we are in is wonderful!

  This place needs a remodel. Disappointing compared to other BW plus properties. The beds are not great the bed linens are old the pool was closed for the 4 days we stayed. The smoke detector was coming off of the ceiling. We stay at BW regularly and will not stay here again.

  Nice clean rooms. The one we had was spacious, unlike other hotels where you feel like the walls are closing in around you. Breakfast was good, hot eggs, meat etc. for those that like that. Good selection of cold items, eggs, yogurt, cereal etc. for those wanting that. The gym was good, well equipped and the machines I used worked well, unlike many other places we stayed.
