  Excellent Breakfast Service We had a wonderful experience at Best Western Hotel Kindersley, especially with the breakfast staff. We would like to give a special mention to Fury, who was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. She was always attentive to the customers and made sure everyone had what they needed. Her warm smile, kindness, and excellent customer service really made our mornings more enjoyable. It’s always nice to meet someone who goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you, Fury, for your wonderful hospitality and for making our stay even more pleasant! You are truly appreciated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, August into July. And previously in June/ July of 2026. Hotel staff seem nice and accommodating. I’m usually a fan of best western hotels but I do think something needs to be said. I wish I had better things to say but the cleanliness of this hotel is very poor. During my stays the rooms were noticeably filthy, without even having to look. Food left on the handle of the microwave, dirt grime and hair in the corners, bathtub corners, shower curtains brown on the bottom. Cup rings and what looks like food grease visibly on the night stands. A layer of dust on the lamps on the night stand….that isn’t just a weeks worth of dust. I own a home, I know what a week or twos worth of dust looks like. This was excessive. Literally food peices and crumbs on the floor. Vacuums do not exist here. I’ve read some of the other reviews. They’re good, it makes me wonder if they put the general public in different rooms than work crews. Or they clean rooms depending on the person staying. I don’t know. But the cleaning staff at this establishment needs an overhaul. Additionally I was moved rooms due to bugs in my bed. Possibly bed bugs I thought but an inspector had apparently inspected it an said there were none. I do question this as it was also in another room on the second floor from another person that had also switched rooms. Not one bedding change or even made bed in a two week stay. I do apologize for this review but this place has got to get its act together. The gym i also used daily. Not once was it cleaned. Very dirty floor.

  I have stayed at this hotel for work for the past three years. You have better odds of winning the lottery than connecting with the day time staff when attempting to book a room. The last three times I have called to book ahead I've had to call repeatedly until someone picks up the phone. There are usually people loitering on the couches in the foyer and today when the phone was finally picked up I could hear the ruckus in the background. I'm not one to complain, usually, but this is the third straight time I've had to call repeatedly to get an answer. The evening staff is always easy to get ahold of.

  I stayed at this hotel on my way to & from Manitou Regional campground. The service the first time was great; however, the second time was not great. Michaela, was on the phone when I went to check in. She did not acknowledge me for 10 minutes. Eventually she looked up and asked the person to hold. No smile. I felt like I was an inconvenience. All she had to do was look up & smile at me when I first walked up & I would have been satisfied. The rooms are clean and spacious. Nice to have the option of bringing food & cooking it in the room. Unfortunately most of the ice machines are out of order - both visits. The pool is nice. Both times the hot tub was like a lukewarm bath - disappointing! The breakfast selection is great! Love that there were hot & cold choices plus you could take on-the-go. I also appreciated there was a water machine in the lobby so I could fill up when I arrived & before I left.

  To get to the hotel it is a bit off the highway, but the front drive to the entrance has not been maintained. Just a gravel road with big pot holes. Not great for presentation and first impressions. When we checked in I asked if the pool and hot tub were working. Usually you don't find out until you attempt to use this service. The did say both were working, but then back tracked that the hot tub was receiving some maintenance but was "almost" complete. We did try to use it that evening, but it was luke warm at best. We did talk to some other guests that had been their for a week and they said, someone had poured a bottle of shampoo in the hot tub so they had to drain, clean and refill. Unfortunate, but there is no cure for stupid. Our one bed had no bedding or pillows, so we went to phone down to get some bedding. To our dismay the phone wasn't working. Therefore I went downstairs to inform them of the phone not working and to get my own bedding. The person at the front desk seemed like a "deer in the lights" when I explained our dilemma. I had to repeat myself three times before she understood the problem and our request for bedding. I have traveled a lot in my career and this was not even close tom up to par for a Best Western. Very disheartening. At checkout there was no check of "How was your stay" or "Have a Great Day!", just here is your receipt.
