  Came to town for a wedding. The night before the event, found a bed bug in the middle of the night and requested to change rooms, which the front staff was able to arrange for us. Didn’t help us get much sleep for the remainder of our trip. We spoke to the staff about their plans for dealing with this issue and to request some sort of compensation which we felt was justified given that now we have to make sure that all of our belongings are properly treated, which is an unanticipated cost. Not only were they dismissive and disrespectful of our request, their response to this situation is overall negligent. We caught the bug, brought it to them, and left it for them to assess. They’re choosing to ignore the issue and cite it as a carpet beetle. It’s clear as day that what we found is a bed bug. Save yourself the hassle and skip this place. To management, we stripped the sheets off the beds in both rooms. We didn’t see any more bugs or any signs of it. But choosing to believe that there’s no issue is extremely naive and problematic. Your problem is worse than you can see and if your response is to save a quick buck over ensuring the quality of your guests’ stay, the the headaches and nuisance you have headed your way is well deserved.

  The place was full of flies! The entrance to the breakfast area was covered with fly stickers that had turned completely black because of the number of flies. We initially booked one night and spoke with the receptionist the following day about staying for two weeks. The receptionist assured us that we could stay for the same rate and even offered to speak with the manager to arrange a special discount for a longer stay. Trusting what we had been told, we left the hotel to look for work and do some shopping, as my partner was supposed to start working the following day. However, upon returning to the hotel, the receptionist stopped us and informed us that she had spoken with the manager and that the rates were now significantly higher than what we had discussed the previous evening. She stated that no lower rate could be offered. As the price had increased substantially, we had no choice but to leave the hotel immediately. Finding alternative accommodation at such short notice was extremely difficult, and we had to deal with considerable stress and the inconvenience of moving all our belongings. The lack of transparency, the sudden change in pricing, and the poor conditions made this a very stressful and disappointing experience.

  Nice hotel, Great location, lots of options nearby to eat close proximity to Walmart, Shoppers and the mall for whatever you need. I stay here once a month on business. The front desk staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are nice and clean.

  Terrible experience. They had bed bugs, I showed them the bug I caught and warned there's more, left the bug on table. The next morning the front staff refused to acknowledge that there were bed bugs at their hotel. Do not stay here, they are not serious about this issue. I don't carry bed bugs with me to get free hotel nights, which is what I was made to feel like.

  Chill place to stay, very close to American border which makes travel comfortable and convenient
