  We were pleasantly surprised by everything this hotel had to offer. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and a very informative introduction. Marie was exceptionally helpful—she even helped us plan our two-day stay and provided us with a better deal for visiting the aquarium. The pool was fantastic: warm, clean, and well maintained. The lifeguard was very kind and thoughtful, even bringing out toys for our children to enjoy. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast restaurant was also excellent, with great food and service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families visiting the area.

  Nous avons célébré un 75 IIème anniversaire à l'Hôtel Aristocrate et ce fût une séjour orchestrée à la perfection par toute l'équipe de l'établissement. Avant l'évènement tous les détails ont été planifiés aisément et sans tracas (réservation des chambres pour le groupe, menu avec choix pour le repas, déjeuner pour le groupe, équipement pour vidéo et musique, décoration, etc). La réception, l'aménagement de l'hôtel, les salles et les accommodements sont parfaits pour un mariage ou une célébration. De légers changements ont été demandés au fil de l'évènement et tous ont été acceptés facilement. Merci à toute l'équipe!!!!!

  Première expérience ici pour nous et assurément pas la dernière , le service est impeccables le personnel est courtois, les chambres sont belles et très propre. Il ne manque absolument rien tout est pensé et c’est appréciable.

  I enjoyed my stay at this best western hotel, clean nice and functional rooms. Had everything we needed. Rooms with balconies or patios. Large parking lot where you can see and even access your car directly from the room. 15-20mins from quebec. could not walk to the aquarium nearby because of heavy constructions. I seen reviews of the hotel being noisy, its true you will hear the sliding door from the bathroom above you. You can hear people walking and talking in the hallways and even dogs barking, but none of that bothered me. Booking a room online is complicated! I counted 8 different rates for the same room. It doesnt make sense. They have 2 different breakfast rates, member rates, rates that give you best western points whatever that is, book early rates. I took the rate that included breakfast and its not worth it! The 2nd morning we went to local ben and florentine that had a significantly better breakfast la fenouillière.
