  There is nothing to complain about. It was quiet, well built. This was a huge relief after being on the road all day. Friendly, clean, exceptional coffee in the room, comfortable close to food. There is secure parking g as well, which was nice because we had a trailer. The price is also a relief.

  Pros: The room was nice and modern looking. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was small but clean. Cons: Best Western in Cornwall Ontario is so much better! Cornwall has free buffet breakfast, gift package for your dog on arrival, and the rooms are cleaner in Cornwall, and better maintained. -Cornwall also offers soap, and shampoo dispenser in the shower, which I love. Every year I stay at Best Western in Cornwall, and I'm never disappointed. -There was dog poo everywhere I walked my dog, that has never been cleaned. Someone dumped their dog food on the ground outside. There was a large amount of sand dumped on the ground in one spot, with dog poop in it. (Just unpleasant sights to see.) -More clean up needs to be done outside. -The outside area is way cleaner in Cornwall. Ive never had any of these issues. -I found the floors in my room needed to be washed. Some foorboards needed repair. Cobwebs on ceiling.

  Paid extra for a room off the pool thinking it would be convenient for my grand daughter, but there must have been a kids team event somewhere so that backfired, there were at least 30 kids and at first there weren’t any parents supervising so the young teens were crazy, parents then came, but they were still wild so we had to leave pool. Then even in our room it was so loud with screaming and dogs barking, phoned down to ask if they could do something about the barking and she said well it’s a pet friendly place oh ok! Lol We got up early so we could enjoy pool, went to get our fresh fruit out of fridge and it was frozen, but at least she got to swim without being jumped on, that helped make up for the crappy evening. I don’t think it was worth the $330 a night!

  We booked this spot as a midway point returning from a maritime vacation. Easy to access from the highway! Lots of restaurants close by, so choosing where to eat was the most difficult part. Pool was fantastic, one of the nicest hotel pools I've ever seen! Room was comfortable with easy access directly from our room to parking right outside. Loading and unloading was a breeze! Dark paint in the room made it seem not bright enough, but a very good stop after a long day of driving.

  Accueil incroyable! Notre chambre était prête dès 13 h, ce qui a été très apprécié. Le personnel est chaleureux, professionnel et très amical. En plus, nous avons obtenu un rabais de 10 % au restaurant Pacini, auquel on peut accéder directement par l'intérieur de l'hôtel. La chambre était très propre et équipée d'une grande télévision. L'hôtel est également situé à proximité de nombreux commerces, ce qui est très pratique. La piscine est impeccable et le spa, réservé aux personnes de 18 ans et plus, permet de profiter d'un moment de détente en toute tranquillité. C'est un excellent choix pour une sortie en famille, surtout si vous prévoyez visiter le Village d'Antan, qui se trouve à seulement 10 minutes en voiture.
