  This hotel was booked for me by a colleague and I was satisfied with my stay. Was there for two nights at the beginning of the week and found the rate surprisingly low, but my usual comparisons are large metropolitan cities in Canada and US, so this was nice. Excellent view of the river and the Detroit skyline, and basically next door for the casino if you're interested in that or the shows they host. Would defiantly consider returning to this hotel next time I'm in Windsor. The on-site restaurant was decent, and there were lots of good options within a a couple of blocks. Only downsides were the interior is feeling like it's maybe getting time to refresh, and the parking didn't feel as secure as I would like.

  Really clean hotel with beautiful pool and gym. Friendly customer service prompt attention to requests. The restaurant was average and overpriced. The nespresso machine was nice. Close walking proximity to lots of restaurants. Waterfront suites are nice with a spectacular view, lots of room in the mini fridge. There is also a microwave. We enjoyed our stay.

  This hotel is beautifully located, and is very clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and well organized. The price is reasonable and amenities are good. The view of the river is well worth it!

  June 13. 2026 check in 330pm. Hosts Aime and Edward were awesome. Super friendly and accommodating. Great hotel. Great location. Room 1611 has a fantastic view. Thanks Aime.

  I checked into this hotel was excited. Same came up. i had an emergency to go to and I had to check out and they wouldn't give me my money back or give me an extra night . I call best western they wouldn't do nothing about it. They told me to contact Expedia, they wouldn't do anything, too.
