  Was here a few weeks ago. Very nice staff. Rooms were just ok. In my opinion breakfast should be included for the price of this hotel.

  Just want to update this post. I would like to apologize for my overreaction. The front desk ladies were helpful. The accommodations of the rooms are all there and the experience wasn't bad.

  Our stay at the Best Western Little River Inn was unfortunately disappointing. The property is very old, and it clearly shows throughout the hotel. While the staff member who checked us in was friendly and welcoming, our checkout experience was the complete opposite. We were traveling with small children and had a particularly difficult night, so we politely asked if we could have just a few extra minutes before checking out. For the first time in all of our travels, we were told that no extra time could be accommodated. The front desk receptionist was abrupt and had an unfriendly attitude, which left a poor final impression. There is no complimentary breakfast, and the attached restaurant was below average. The biggest issue, however, was the condition of the room. It felt dated and lacked cleanliness. The towels had brown stains, the corners of the bathroom were visibly dirty, the grout around the bathtub was old and discolored, and there were unpleasant odors in the room. If you're someone who values cleanliness, you'll likely find this hotel disappointing. Overall, we did not feel the hotel offered good value for the price. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're visiting the area.

  The rooms did what we needed them to do and they were clean. :) The staff were incredible, very professional, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be back!

  My partner and I stayed at the Best Western Little River Inn in Delhi, Ontario, while attending a friend's wedding. It was our first time visiting Delhi, and unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When we first entered our room, the floor was soaking wet and covered in a white residue. Our feet immediately became sticky as we walked around. We brought this to the attention of the front desk, and they moved us to another room. However, when we entered the second room, the bedding was strewn across the floor and the garbage hadn't been removed, making it look as though housekeeping had never finished cleaning it. After returning to the front desk a second time, we were moved to a third room, which was finally acceptable. While we appreciated eventually being given a clean room, the entire experience felt very disorganized. There were no apologies for the inconvenience, the customer service lacked professionalism, and no effort was made to compensate us for the repeated issues. Overall, we were left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. Based on our experience, we would not recommend staying at this hotel.
