  We stay at Best Western frequently all over North America. This was a disappointment. Called the hotel at 2:00 to see if the room was ready. Note 2:00 is advertised check in. I was told it was busy last night room would be ready at 3:00 Drove to the hotel and was told room was not ready. We where offered an upgrade to a suit. I had reservations for a first floor room. So I decided to wait. Was informed 3:30. Left and returned then Room was still not ready. Final accepted wish I had not. Elevator access to second floor. Room was dated and hallway smelled musty. Room was large suite. However it was clean. Note I had requested a first floor room for easy access. Absolutely not what I requested and literally no explanation. Basically the hotel has a responsibility to provide the room booked at the time promised . They failed . Should have went to the Holiday Inn next door.

  Very bad, old and uncomfortable mattress, high at both ends and low dips in the middle. Non-smoke room had smoking smells, no microwaves neither water bottles. Pharmacopia shampoo has a heavy citrus smell. The lighting inside the bathroom is very low.

  The carpet in our room had a strong unpleasant odor. We requested housekeeping to provide a room freshener, but it only masked the smell for about an hour. The odor quickly returned and significantly disturbed our sleep throughout the night. The toilet flush was not functioning properly. Water continued running after flushing, and the tank took an unusually long time to refill. This meant that each person had to wait several minutes before the bathroom could be used again. The sink also had drainage issues. Water would accumulate and take a very long time to drain, making it difficult to use. In addition, while the sink appeared to have been cleaned superficially, there was visible dirt and grime around the edges that became apparent once we started using it. This was by far my worst experience at a Best Western property. Given the price charged for the room, this level of maintenance and service is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, breakfast was not included. I would not recommend this location and would advise others to consider alternative accommodations.

  Clean newly renovated Hotel. Comfy beds and breakfast is included. We'll definitely be back
