    Vicky at the front desk greeted me with a lovely smile and warm hello. Clean hotel with comfortable beds in a convenient location near the highway.

    I stayed here for one night with my mom and sister on Tuesday, 04/28/2026, and the customer service was terrible. I accidentally booked a room with one king bed instead of two twin beds. While I was in the restroom, my mom and sister checked in. When I came back, they were already upset because of the rude attitude from the front desk employee. After getting the key, they went to the room and immediately realized it only had one bed. To make things worse, the room was all the way at the end of an incredibly long hallway, even though the hotel looked mostly empty that night. They went straight back to the front desk asked if we could switch to a room with two beds and the front desk lady acted like it was impossible. Instead of helping, she got on a walkie-talkie and told another staff to inspect the room for damage or missing items. We had barely stepped into the room. Why were we being treated like suspects? When I returned and learned what had happened, I told her I can pay the price difference to switch room if needed, but she kept saying it was against hotel policy and continued treating us as if we were trying to pull something or take advantage of the hotel. After I insisted to have a solution, she eventually changed our room anyway. So if changing rooms was possible all along, why give us attitude from the beginning? Why waste everyone's time instead of simply helping us resolve a mistake? Mistakes happen. Instead of offering a solution, we were met with attitude, suspicion, and zero customer service. That front desk lady needs be retrained how to communicate with guests and handle the issues professionally. Very disappointing experience.

    Good rooms, clean and comfortable. Big screen smart-ish TV... good for casting to. Friendly staff. So why the 3 star review? I docked 1 star because breakfast wasnt included "at my rate"... $270 for a night isnt enough to feed me some eggs for breakfast? I have come to expect breakfast at Best Western and seeing that it was tiered "at my rate", loss of a star. Secondly the water... took a good while to warm up to shave and the shower took a while to warm up and could t sustain the heat... my showers are usually less than 10 minutes... a Luke warm to cold shower costs one star off my review. I would consider staying here again, but it wouldn't be a done deal for me.

    If you are staying in the area, I urge you to look elsewhere. I would not book here again, it is not at all worth the cost. I booked over the phone, and thought everything was great. Problems started immediately. Closet door would not open, headboard was falling apart, there were broken charging ports, and the AC controls were not working. I had to call maintenance into the room at midnight because it just got too cold to sleep. I had to be out early so I was looking forward to a breakfast, only to be turned away because it was not included. I asked about breakfast multiple times when booking over the phone, and not once was I told it would be extra (I have also never been to a hotel with advertised breakfast where this was the case). I was also excited for the pool, only to go and have to sign in, which wasn't so much the issue, but that each guest gets 1 toddler sized towel (which signs said was due to towels not being returned, but the towel was basically useless). I get to the pool area only to see what looked like a children's swimming lesson taking up 3/4 of the pool, which I also noticed later there was a locked box that was labeled to be for instructors only. I settled for the hot tub, which these kids from the class were also using, despite signs saying 16+ only. The whole situation was just entirely uncomfortable, not at all advertised or mentioned, and made me question why I would be paying for ammentities I could not use. No where near worth the price, the whole atmosphere is uncomfortable and unwelcoming, with the only positive note is that the bed was comfortable. The hallways had a strange smell that smelled like mildew or something starting to rot, couldn't quite put my finger on it. Get your money's worth and book somewhere else.
