  Breakfast was diasgusting every morning... Gray eggs ... Even grayer sausage links... Toaster barely worked.... The room we stayed in was old and outdated ... No caulk in the bathtub...empty water bottles and garbage underneath the beds...pillows were so bad... Needed 3 to try and sleep and no... The ducks were cute in the back area... The location was quite central to where we needed to be.

  Good, friendly service. It's a bit of an older hotel but is being maintained well. Breakfast was acceptable. Great location.

  Amazing hotel! Would recommend staying here! Clean, we'll stocked, great service and delicious breakfast! Can't ask for more. There was always a young man cleaning and the staff were friendly and helpful. So well priced under 200 a night!

  This is a lovely hotel in Peterborough, looks brand new, and is right on the river. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, and as we had booked a river view room we had a deck looking out over the lawn and water. It is very close to the Peterborough Memorial centre, which was perfect for us as we were attending an event there. It is also a short walk from two bus stops on the Peterborough transit system if you are looking to take public transit. Also walking distance from a restaurant with pub food. We enjoyed the breakfast, the rooms, the view and the service. I would absolutely stay here again while visiting Peterborough, and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

  A true 7-star experience from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making me feel valued throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with attention to even the smallest details. The atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and relaxing, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the experience. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and focused on ensuring guests had an exceptional stay. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service so seamlessly. I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels over the years, but this was easily one of the most memorable experiences. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning.
