  We ended up locking ourselves out of our hotel room but the desk assistant Eric was absolutely amazing and did everything he could to ensure we got back in our room. 10/10 would go again

  Friendly & professional staff (shout out to Katie who checked us in!), clean facilities, clean room, ample parking, well-located, quiet - could not ask for more! I would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Pembroke

  I cant comment on the others since I dis not actually stay there. I made a booking by mistake and the front desk worker was so nice and accommodating, and helped me with booking. If this is how they treat guests trying to cancel they are probably amazing when you stay with them. Amazing customer service, if I ever do need to stay in pembroke I would stay with them based on this interaction alone!
