  Je regrette de ne pas pouvoir attribuer moins d’une étoile, car l’expérience que nous avons eue ne le justifie pas. Votre employé à la réception a été loin d’être compétent, et le service à la clientèle a été très insuffisant. Comment pouvez-vous envoyer une confirmation par courriel puis refuser l’entrée à une personne sois disant que son nom n’est pas sur la carte de crédit utilisée pour la confirmation ? et pourtant vous avez envoyé la confirmation !!!!!!!! Pour couronner le tout, votre employé m’a envoyé un fichier PDF depuis une adresse Gmail et m’a demandé de transmettre mes informations bancaires à une adresse Gmail, dans un fichier PDF!!!!!!! Merci beaucoup : cela donne l’impression que nos informations bancaires sont entre de bonnes mains. Bravo.

  This hotel definitely has seen better days. Rooms are dated, with cracks in ceilings, moldy grout in showers, etc. Shower pressure basically non-existent. Location is right beside train tracks, so great if you love trains and hearing them constantly. Not at all great for those who don't at 3, 4 and 5am. Breakfast was awful - if an item wasn't empty, it was often stale or hard. Best recommended to stay somewhere else! It's not worth $250+ per night!
