We rolled in at 1am after driving 9 hours solo travelling with a toddler. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Our room was cozy and clean and very nice and quiet, and the curtains let us sleep in. We do a lot of travelling as my child is medically complex, and we will be coming back. The location lost a star because of the construction outside but not the fault of the hotel. He.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked this hotel for my brothers wedding in the area. The front desk staff we dealt with were so incredibly rude and condescending, so unwilling to help. Just kept snapping at us, being argumentative, rolling their eyes. It was like they fully just didn’t want to help because it was too much of a hassle to do their job and we were bothering them. The first person was a woman who’s name started with an S. Soupnie, or sophnie. She wouldn’t even let us finishing talking before she argued or gave incredible attitude. When I called her out for being rude she practically yelled at me saying I’m rude. The second person was a man name David who was even worse than she was. I manage in customer service and would have fired all my staff for speaking to clients the way these two did. Not just the worst hotel experience, but the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Which is a shame because I’ve always had great best western stays.
I would not recommend this place to anyone and will make sure I let people I know that need to stay in the area to stear clear.

While staying at the property with my son’s hockey team in February 2026- A security guard for the hotel, granted a third party access to our room without any proper verification of identity or authorization.
At the time, my teenage son was asleep inside the room.
I returned to the room and found this impaired adult woman, who was granted access to my room by hotel staff, crawled into bed with my son while he was asleep.
The most traumatizing thing I have ever encountered while staying at a hotel.
This failure in basic security protocol resulted in a physical altercation and created a highly dangerous and distressing situation.
This incident represents a significant lapse in duty of care owed to guests. They failed to follow standard safety procedures which placed both myself and my son at risk of harm.
The gravity of this breach cannot be overstated. Not to mention, the lack of severity or concern from hotel staff was atrocious.
(Police were called)
I have also formally escalated this matter to the hotel’s corporate/head office and, to date, have received NO RESPONSE. The absence of acknowledgment or follow-up is deeply concerning given the severity of the incident.
I strongly urge the hotel to conduct a thorough review of its security protocols and staff training procedures. Guests are entitled to a safe and secure environment, and in this instance, that standard was not met.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property, in fact, I would highly recommend against staying here.

Need renovation it looked and felt rundown. The restaurant was closed for two full days. No mini bar.No water in the room. Deeply disappointed.

We are here for the first time, as extended stay guests during some renovations at our home nearby.
I must say I am pleasantly surprised with every aspect of our experience here.
The rooms are very clean and well maintained; housekeeping does a great job every day; the front desk staff are very friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs.
A special shout out to David for going above and beyond!
