  We flew out of Toronto airport so decided last minute to stay. The hotel room was nice enough and the shuttle drop off went smoothly. However, the shuttle pick up overshadowed any good for us. We called at 4:55pm for pick up and were told they would be there to pick us up by 5:25pm. We were at the location by 5pm and checked every single shuttle that came by. By 5:34pm, we were wondering what was going on so called back and were told they were running behind but should be there in 5 minutes. I called back at 5:54pm to be told they were calling the driver. They told us he had stopped there at 5:25. This was a complete lie as we checked EVERY shuttle that came by starting at 5pm. The driver finally arrived at 6:06pm. This long of a delay in pick up is unacceptable. We would have gotten an Uber if they would have just told us from the start it would be over an hour wait.

  The worst experience ever. The hotel smelt so bad from the front lobby to the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The worst, and the customer service experience was even worse. They didnt even listen to my concern whatsoever. I had to go book at another hotel. I did not get any refund. The disrespect from customer service was outrageous. Never again!

  When I booked, I said breakfast was included, but when I went to have breakfast, they told me it wasn't. Is this a trick to get people to come by, or does lying to customers actually work? The employees were very friendly and provided good service.

  I booked this hotel for 1 night recently and I have to say I was not satisfied given the high price. After calling the hotel, I waited over 40min for the shuttle to arrive at terminal 1. Meanwhile every other hotel in the area was passing buy every 15min... Arriving to my room it had a dank odou, and the AC was very loud which prevented me from having any rest. Although the other amenities in the room were fine, I would not recomend this to anyone.

  We stayed here for one night, taking the shuttle to and from the airport. We got in at 2am and schedule a shuttle back for 10am. Checked out at 9:50 and was told it would be here in a few minutes. I guess the shuttle ended up parking around the corner so we didn’t see it arrive. We were told they announced that the shuttle arrived but definitely did not announce loud enough for us to hear. It’s very frustrating that they knew we were waiting but didn’t make sure we knew. We had a shuttle pass and everything. Nobody at the desk was willing to help us find another way to the airport before 11am. So we needed up having to pay for an overpriced uber instead.
