  My husband and I recently celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary and decided to enjoy a mini getaway at the C Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely staff member named Shanlae, who not only had the brightest smile but welcomed us with such genuine warmth. While checking in, she overheard my husband and me mention our anniversary. She politely asked if we drank alcohol, handed us the keys to our room, and we went on our way. We stayed in the Lombardi Suite, which was especially fitting since my husband is a huge Packers fan! We headed out for our anniversary dinner, and when we returned, we were surprised to find that Shanlae had sent a bottle of white wine to our room along with a thoughtful card. It was such a simple but incredibly meaningful gesture, and it truly made our stay even more special. It’s moments like these, and that kind of attention to detail, that turn a hotel stay into a memorable experience. Shanlae made us feel genuinely cared for, and that is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Next time, we’ll definitely be trying the restaurant, as we’ve heard the pasta is fantastic! Thank you, C Hotel, and especially Shanlae, for making our 21st anniversary getaway one to remember. You’ve gained customers for life, and we’ll happily be recommending you to our family and friends!

  More than a 5 star! C Hotel exceeded all expectations. What a wonderful discovery. C Hotel is a true gem! We discovered C Hotel by pure coincidence after having a very very poor experience at another hotel in Niagara Falls while travelling with our two young children. We arrived without a reservation and were warmly welcomed by Kethuja at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us and provided exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived. The room she arranged for us was beautiful and far superior to what we had experienced at a much larger hotel. We were genuinely impressed. What was meant to be a one-night stay turned into three nights because we enjoyed our experience so much. The hotel, the room, and the staff were all outstanding. We did not want to leave. Kethuja's kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail turned a stressful situation into one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we've had as a family. She is a real asset to C Hotel. Thank you to Kethuja and the entire team for making us feel so valued. We will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family.

  Let’s face it, planning a wedding, no matter how small and no matter how much assistance you have from friends and family, it is stressful! Enter C Hotel and their staff. From the second we met Terry, to our meetings with Feyi the wedding planner which later changed to Natalia, all the way to the end with Cristina the Maître D, these people know how to provide exceptional service. I actually can’t forget the hotel staff, Chetan and Husam, and several others I had only met once at the front desk. These folks care about how your day goes. Not to mention how every day leading up to your big day goes, as well as that of your guests. They are experts and they know how to manage everything. Every question answered quickly via email. Every concern sorted. I find I am a very good planner and am very organized and they met me at every level, even when I dropped the ball on things, like forgetting to print my speech or how I wanted our entrance way set up. WAY more venues should do these package deals. It is a lot less stressful and you get to focus on your own little things to make the night special. I can’t say enough great things about this team who made our day so memorable. The wedding pkg info detailed all the fine print and set us up for any changes or questions we had. Love. Love. Love this staff.

  I had my wedding there. The planning and coordination and ceremony was wonderful. But cannot say the same for my reception. The wait staff did not pay attention to the allergies that I had indicated on the seating chart I provide and also on the name tags. My aunt does not eat beef and they served her meat sauce pasta. My bridesmaid is dairy intolerant and the staff servers here cheese in her pasta course and also the cheese cake as her dessert. My cousin's girlfriend is allergic to chicken, she had beef and still got a mild allergic reaction that evening. I know my bridesmaid communicated her dairy intolerant to the server before service yet they have her dairy. I don't understand the point of stating the allergies to the staff before if they cannot follow it. I don't know if my other guest that had allergies and what they were served. Good thing none of my guest is severely allergic to a particular item, If there was there could be major problems that night. When passing the food during cocktail hour, the server did not know what they were passing. It was a vegetarian dish but they told my guest it was meatball. So a few of my friends that was vegetarian did not have anything to eat during the cocktail hour. I don't get how the wait staff can be so incompetent. The entree of beef I would recommend no one get it as it was so tough that even with a steak knife it was hard to cut. Most of my guest that had that did not enjoy it. Lastly my aunt mentioned afterwards that 1 of the wait staff looked miserable. I understand people have bad days, but no one want to have a server like that at their wedding. Again store disappointed with the reception serving and food that was at my wedding. A day which was suppose to be wonderful and joy, so to have my family and best friend tell me those after the wedding was very upsetting to me.
