  Initially when booking this venue, I was slightly put off by the price. It was not completely out of budget, but it was a few thousands more than I was "hoping" to spend for my wedding. NOW with that being said. Booking with this venue is worth E V E R Y dollar. The food was fantastic, great portion sizes and tasty. The planning team - I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Every single person from the start of us booking, to us cleaning up at the end of the night was fantastic. Staff are incredibly friendly, and extremely accommodating. The time schedules we had set weren't "perfect" but the team was so quick to make adjustments and shift things throughout the night as needed. We also went with one of the DJ's reccomended by the venue (Chris from DJ Emporium), and he was great as well. We had a lot of positive feedback about his ability to mix different genres and keep the party going throughout the night! Overall if you are contemplating booking with C Hotel, do it. My guests were so happy and pleased with everything - most saying it was the best wedding they've been to. Super super happy we chose this venue!

  I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling through Canada (From Niagara to Toronto). The hotel was really nice, I chose the king with a hot tub/whirlpool to have a relaxing night. The whirlpool was amazing, it could seat 2 comfortably. The water pressure was great in the whirlpool, filling up quickly. The directions were provided which is great. The room I had contained plenty of light but had nice window coverings to keep it decently dark though not blackout. I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms which is nice (I was at the end of the hallway so not sure if that played a role). Front staff was nice and accommodating. Some items could use updating - light tightening of the bed lamps, the water pressure in the shower left much to be desired, the wall paper above the whirlpool was peeling (likely from the upstairs whirlpool?) and for the price you're paying, the TP is very thin and not premier. But otherwise a good value. The night I stayed there wasn't parking available due to an event. They did have some spots coned off for hotel guests - the only thing is you had to go move it yourself (and with how busy the hotel was it was interesting to have to leave your car to do so).

  My wife and I got married here yesterday on the 2nd floor terrace / Castelli ballroom. The staff were absolutely incredible, especially Shantea (I’m so sorry if I spelled it wrong!) at the front desk. Her level of customer service went above and beyond for both us, as well as our guests. She handled any issues, questions or concerns with care and urgency. Our wedding was stunning, and we hope to return for our yearly anniversaries. I just wanted to add that our Matre’ D, Christina was absolutely fantastic. She helped us with anything we needed, took care of every single need we had & went above and beyond. She ‘dressed up’ our wedding cake beautifully with some candy pearls I bought, brought us some of our cocktail hour foods, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was fantastic to deal with!

  Our experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We stayed here for my sister's wedding, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the weekend stress-free and memorable for our family and wedding party. Every request was met with kindness and genuine enthusiasm. The team accommodated both early check-in and late check-out, which made a huge difference during such a busy wedding weekend. They even printed my wedding speech when I needed it and arranged an additional room cleaning on the morning of the wedding so our room would be perfect for getting-ready photos. The staff were incredibly helpful with luggage at check-out and consistently made us feel welcome throughout our stay. They were also very accommodating when organizing dinner for our group the night before the wedding, ensuring everything ran smoothly. What stood out most was the level of care and attention to detail. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They truly played a part in making the wedding weekend special, and we are so grateful for everything they did. I would highly recommend this hotel for any special event, wedding, or family gathering. Thank you for helping create such wonderful memories!

  This hotel was exceptional. Large suites. Clean. Excellent decor. They really tries to go above and beyond with various Italian themed rooms etc. Complimentary coffee stations, fruit, cookies...very nice. 👌🏻 Also - bonus points on the long opening hours for the pool. My one complaint is that there were two weddings going on at the hotel and they put us on the second floor (where the rooftop terrace was hosting a reception with dancing, music, DJing etc) and it kept us up well into the night. I would think thay this would be something we'd be forewarned about or at least put as far away from as possible. My other complaint is that the Baci restaurant attached the hotel was atrocious in its portion sizes vs. pricing - but not sure how much control the hotel has over that. In summary, I would definitely stay here again, but would ensure there were no weddings going on. And skip the restaurant.
