  Oof. The best thing about this place is the location straight off the highway, but. . . We stayed at multiple Best Westerns, and this one had the worst beds of the lot. Huge V-shaped sinkholes in the middle of both queen beds, causing occupants to roll into each other. So uncomfortable! They clearly need replacing. The breakfast was decent, but I needed gluten free options. Many BW offer GF safe options. Belleville BW had GF bread but it was put in with regular bread, and only one toaster. Everything was cross-contaminated, and would be dangerous for gluten allergy and/or celiacs. Like many Best Westerns, there was a complimentary EV charger (access key) that was slow, but suitable for overnight, so long as no one else needed it.

  Our room floor wasn't clean, washroom fan is deafening, the food was repulsive and guests were slamming doors at midnight

  Rooms were very good and clean. The breakfast staff were outstanding in their ability to keep things stocked , clean, organized and the tables ready for the next group. Extremely helpful and wonderfully welcoming.

  Free parking, very clean rooms, well appointed and updated, definitely felt well maintained and taken care of, which makes a big difference. I stayed on the first floor, the room was very quiet, air conditioning/heating worked, microwave and mini fridge, basic coffee and tea. The bathroom had a huge mirror and great lighting, the shower had quick and hot water, but water pressure was lacking. Staff are very friendly, quick to respond to questions and requests. The breakfast buffet is open for a very big window, 6-10am, which is fantastic. They had a waffle machine even. Vegan notes: only had almond milk, which is terrible for coffee, should be changed with oat milk. Not too many options for breakfast, but you can have toast or a bagel with peanut butter and jam, breakfast potatoes, and I believe the beans were ok, but I'm not 100% sure. Basic cereal options too and fresh bananas. So you can definitely get by as a vegan for a couple days if you're not picky. All the soaps and shampoos are argan oil based, which is pretty neutral, I didn't see anything non-vegan on the ingredients. The location isn't anything special, but to be fair, not sure there are going to be great views anywhere in town That being said, it's close to some malls, restaurants, and stores. Food delivery was very quick and easy. Overall, great experience, would definitely come again. Bonus: there's a Jurassic Park pinball machine in the lobby. There's also a pool, but I didn't check it out. To bring it up to 5 stars I would need stronger shower water pressure, conditioner in shower was empty, one of the bedside light bulbs was intermittently flickering, and oat milk.

  I was at the Best Western Belleville for the U16 OBA Provincials. Labour Day weekend. Thé check-in was quick and pleasant. Kayla and her co associate were very helpful with a room confusion that we had and resolved it quickly. The rooms were clean and made up every day. Out floor was quiet. The breakfast in the lobby had very tasty offerings. They even accommodated us with a dedicated gluten free toaster and bread. Very close to many stores, shops and restaurants. Kathy
