  A very nice place to stay! The rooms are relatively clean, with comfortable beds and large TVs that make relaxing easy. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The complimentary breakfast is also good, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable experience that’s definitely worth recommending.

  We recently stayed in this hotel for 5 days. The rooms were clean, service was great, all staff were very pleasant, and we'll definitely come back and stay again.

  Summer, the manager is incredible! My mom and I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Barrie while dealing with a medical situation that was stressful and Summer made sure we had everything we needed and advised us on how to extend our stay most economically. She spoke to us by name and kept an eye out on my elderly mom when I needed to leave her at hotel. If you want an excellent guest experience at a reasonably price, this is the place to stay !

  The location was a bit hard to find....Signage was not in view untill you were right on it. The sheers in the room were ripped and torn Construction in the area made entry and exit a challange. The woman at the desk was extremely polite. Thanks Certainly not what i expected for $170

  Stayed for 8 night with 1 room, and 2 rooms for 4 nights. Spent $2k and had no TV in either room that would work...stay on for 10 mins then gone in both rooms. Problems with the iptv server. I complained 3 times asked for a discount for the inconvenience was told they'd ask the manager and I never heard anything again !!!! Then I got a response to this review from some big manager who said they were sorry blah blah and she would call me in the morning, well that was 3 days ago...lmao she sure knows how to make things worse ..... So its been 4 weeks now and NO response !! What a joke, thank God theres new hotels opening all over Barrie, Im sure the staff and management at a new place will go above and beyond to keep my business!
