Before I start. Please Best Western do yourself a favour, part ways with your employee Jenny. Last week I had a reservation booked. It was probably 1130 when I arrived. **Jenny** said the card on file failed and she tried to call me but I had no call. She said she cancelled my reservation but I could have the room at a much higher rate. This is unacceptable. Her attitude towards me was terrible. This hotel wasn’t even close to full based on the parking lot. I would not pay the new rate she wanted and she had no problem at all sending me away. Thankfully we ended up getting a room at the Holiday inn express. DO NOT give this place the satisfaction of getting your business, there are may more deserving hotels close by

Excellent hotel. Extremely clean and clearly not stingy about it as there's always people around cleaning and touching things up. Staff was always extremely friendly, and good location as it's easy to get to trans Canada, mall, fast food spots, and nature walks. Daughter liked the pool and hot tub as well. Will stay here if in Fredericton again.
Free breakfast gets packed, and they have overflow section to help but realistically when you have a good hotel you're gonna have alot of people staying there and things can get packed like that as a result.

Stayed with my three kids on our way across the country. Stayed from Sunday to a holiday Monday. Room was good, clean, spacious, but amenities were not at all as advertised and customer service was bad.
They claim to have a pool and hot tub. Pool was absolutely freezing, kids wanted out quickly. Hot tub was closed. They claim to have a restaurant on site. Restaurant was closed, no explanation. So was the business centre but doubt many people care about that.
They advertise breakfast as being open til 10 on weekends 9 on weekdays. Again, this was a holiday Monday. My family got in at 8:50 and all the good stuff was gone. Many people clearly treated, as one would, a holiday as a weekend. The hotel shut it down at 9 (that’s one thing) and locked the doors to the breakfast room and turned multiple guests away just after 9. Like wouldn’t let them in to grab a bowl of cereal and a yogurt from the fridge. Also witnessed staff at the end going around picking up unused packets of syrup and peanut butter and putting them back in the buffet which didn’t bother me but would give many the ick.
Staff at the desk were nonchalant about this stuff. Got the impression this is the norm for them.
This is not a good hotel and there were many options for the same price. Stay somewhere else.

Best place to stay in Canada. Very good customer service and NO HIDDEN FEES. Clean environment, absolutely perfect rooms, clean furniture. In ALL OTHER Canadian hotels, you will pay for parking, there will be insane line at reception with multiple choice questionerism, there will be bottles of alcohol thrown at the lawns, the carpet smell alcohol, nobody will stop kids from banging at your door for nothing, staff will speak no language, management will go talk to another management, your room will be downsized, in the downsized room there will very dirty floor, sofa will be dirty, bed sheet will be not something to look at good light, security will run around the building, surrounding area will have homeless people encampments, security will look that those people are safely consuming, nobody will bring you garbage bags in the garbage bins at your room, napkins will smell like it was used instead of toilet paper and there will be no extra roll of toilet paper…… No microwave, because you have to eat at restaurant downstairs, warm freezer because you have to buy cold drinks at the bar, small ice maker like it is your first kitchen ware every purchased, bunch of retail renters on the first floor to sell you dress and souvenirs like you gonna leave Canada for good tomorrow. Boddy, book at Best Western, be safe. Have a good one!
