  Room was small but very clean and functional. Staff was very helpful and offered to hold luggage as we didn't realize check in was at 4pm not 3pm. The location is great in terms of getting around. We took the bus just one block over and could walk. It was not a very safe neighbourhood and not the best walk after dark.

  I would start my commendation to the receptionist at Best Western Premiere in Grandsville Vancouver, to name some "Sylvia", David (hotel manager) and the rest of the staff/managers. as well I cannot recommend "Tamim" highly enough! From start of our check in to check out, the service was absolutely exemplary. he was professional, responsive, friendly/accomodating, he is full of energy to help guests like me. the whole staff went above and beyond to keep us satisfied. I would also like to extend my appreciation to "Juan" as well, for being so kind and helpful during my stay. what a wonderful experience in this hotel.

  All front desk clerks we're extremely accommodating and helpful. Max offered delightful suggestions regarding food service establishments within close proximity. My two day business stay was enjoyable to say the least.

  Wonderful, clean hotel in a great location to everything. We took the sky train from the airport and got off a couple blocks away from hotel. Staff were accommodating and our suite room was very comfortable. Beds were also comfortable and hotel was quiet.

  This may be the noisiest hotel I've stayed at. Even on the 15th floor, street noises are like being at street level with the windows open. The cleaning staff in the morning are all nattering away to each other in the hallway. Heaven forbid if you want a few extra minutes of sleep! The ac can't keep the room cool enough to sleep.
