  Rooms: 4/5, breakfast staff:0/5 As soon as breakfast service ended at 9:30 am, the staff began removing food from in front of guests who were still waiting in line. Cutlery and crockery was being slammed cleared away loudly, and even the coffee creamers were removed while the gueats were getting coffee. The kitchen staff, particularly one lady, appeared visibly frustrated with guests for no apparent reason. What was most disappointing was seeing perfectly good hot food taken away while guests were still standing with empty plates looking for something to eat - at 9:31. This occurred on the morning of June 18, 2026. We did not feel welcome, and the kitchen staff came across as cold and unfriendly. Although the rooms were clean and otherwise satisfactory, the breakfast experience significantly affected our overall impression of the property. In fact, even before 9:30 a.m., staff had stopped replenishing plates, utensils, and serving items, and seemed annoyed when guests politely asked for a plate or spoon. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed what could have been an otherwise pleasant stay.

  Prima hotel voor een verblijf in Golden. Vriendelijk en service gericht personeel. Wij kregen alleen de kamer maar niet op de juiste temperatuur s' nachts. Bleef hoe dan ook warm. Verder heerlijk verblijf gehad.

  Great rooms, best shower on the trip so far. Enjoyed the pool. Very quiet for a hotel just off the highway. Eli on front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

  Waren ne Stunde früher da ,wurden freundlich empfangen und durften auch ins Zimmer. Ja wie immer bei best western, sind immer dunkle Zimmer. Aber sauber und ordentlich , nach neu oder frisch hat es nicht gerochen. Handtücher, Fön, alles zum waschen von kopf bis fuss vorhanden. Fön auch da. Frühstück mit dabei, Kaffee vollkommen in Ordnung, auch sonst wie erwartet.... ach das ei war mir zu schlüpfrig/ sehr weich. Wir sind zufrieden gewesen. Sind ja nur zum Schlafen da. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Danke das wir Gast sein durften
