  We stayed for 3 nights with our family, including our dog, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel truly went above and beyond in welcoming pets. Our dog was treated like family, with a dog bed, bowls, and treats provided upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was good each morning, with scrambled eggs and waffles always available, along with a few changes to the hot food selection each day to keep things interesting. The location was excellent, with a grocery store and coffee shops right next door, as well as easy access to nearby trails. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the complimentary cookies at the front desk, the coffee machine offering lattes, hot chocolate, and other specialty drinks, and the convenient water bottle refill station. Boston Pizza is attached to the hotel, which was convenient, although we had a disappointing service experience there. That said, it was unrelated to the hotel itself and did not affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

  Great hotel! Clean and well cared for. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And it has guest laundry washers and dryers!

  This is most outstanding Best Western I have ever stayed at. Resort level in all respects The pool/spa complex is at another level. The breakfast staff was welcoming. Rather than bàbble on, I will just post some pics.
