  Had a wonderful experience at A&W with my family! The food was fresh, tasty, and everyone enjoyed their meal. Naveesha, the manager, was especially kind, professional, and attentive. She made sure we were comfortable and happy with our order and provided excellent service throughout our visit. It’s always nice to have someone who genuinely cares about customers. We had a great family experience and would definitely come back again!

  This has been our Go To hotel for the last year, last night and this morning was a whole different experience. The bed in Rm 230 was SO soft, that I had to sleep on the floor. The other rooms have great beds! This morning while going to pick up the luggage carrier, the manager was reprimanding an employee at the front desk. The tall, blondish Caucasian man in the light blue shirt had his voice raised, my thought was, do this in the back office. I checked out shortly after (10 mins), and he was still reprimanding. I handed in my cards and explained how soft the bed was and sleeping on the floor. He never acknowledged me, the reprimanded employee looked at the manager then at me and said "ok". In the past all the employees have been helpful, courteous, and kind. I try and not give negative reviews, but the lack of acknowledgement and entitlement of that man was appalling. You ignored the wrong lady!

  I had a delightful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. They were always willing to assist with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was excellent and truly had something for everyone. The hot breakfast consisted of three components: an egg option (either a patty or omelet), a protein (pork sausage or sausage patty), and a starch (hash browns or hash). Beyond the hot breakfast, the choices were extensive—yogurt with a variety of toppings, a waffle maker, cereals, breads, coffee, tea, juices, and fresh fruit. In short, breakfast lacked nothing! The rooms were tidy and cleaned promptly, and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the hot tub, indoor pool, and gym, which added to the overall experience. Another highlight was enjoying a delicious meal at White Spot, the restaurant conveniently located next to the hotel. Overall, this was a wonderful stay. Great service, comfortable amenities, an impressive breakfast, and a convenient restaurant nearby—everything I could ask for in a hotel experience. I would happily stay here again!

  Giving it the benefit with score First visit: on the side closer to the restaurant Pros: Comfortable beds Clean Room Good breakfast Air conditioner worked well Pool was good Front staff nice Cons: Pillows are flat Hot tub was very cool SECOND VISIT: left side from front Pros: Front staff kind and try to be helpful Cons: Room smelled of smoke due to where it was located in proximity of the smoking area it came in through the ac. Front desk was unable to move us rooms due to being fully booked. AC did not keep the room cool and due to smoking area we're unable to open the window. Bug on the bed scared children

  Very disappointing stay. As soon as we checked in, we realized the room was in unacceptable condition. The bed sheets and towels were dirty, the room had a strong damp and musty smell, and the hot tub and other advertised amenities were out of service. We immediately reported the issues to Expedia and asked the hotel to move us to another room, but they said no other rooms were available. We then requested clean sheets, fresh towels, or housekeeping, but the staff refused, saying it was too late because we had checked in around 8:00 PM. We paid for a clean, comfortable room with the advertised facilities, but the hotel failed to provide even basic cleanliness or customer service. I would not stay here again or recommend this property to anyone.
