  Unfortunately we booked this stay for our girlfriends Bachelorette so the bride had somewhere to get ready and relax before and after the night. We book this hotel for the pool(which was not open) even though on 3 different calls to confirm it was open and hours it was open. Also 4 minutes to 11 am the staff were already knocking on the door to clean the room and turn it over. It made us feel very rushed in the morning. The floor in the room is super slippery and socks with grips on the bottom is best when not wearing shoe's.

  Pretty strange hotel. Fitness center is closed until 7 am because it's adjacent to a room. Monthly CO testing. They enter all the rooms. Breakfast is mediocre. Central toilets at the lobby area are locked...

  We travelled with our children aged 1 and 2. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were so friendly. The pool was closed but the hotel had made arrangements with the rec centre so that we could still take the kids swimming. The breakfast had many different options, the food was delicious, hot and constantly being refilled. We were especially impressed with the breakfast staff who were so accomidating and kind to our girls. Thanks to Joan and the rest of the staff for such a lovely morning. We will be coming back!

  Did have a good experience unfortunately. Be sure not to use Visa/Debit, or Google Pay when booking through the app. Pools were also out of service during the stay. Was charged twice once I borrowed someone else's CC. Was reached out to by the hotel. They said I should receive a credit for one charge in 10-14 business days. Pretty much ruined our evening out. No amends were made besides an apology 🤷‍♂️

  Just stayed at the Best Western in Abbotsford with my wife last week, The hotel was super busy when we arrived, and the security guard immediately helped us with our luggage. Later that night around 2 AM, I came down to the parking lot and saw him dealing with a suspicious individual who was hanging around my truck with a hammer. He handled the situation professionally and quickly, keeping the area safe. I went straight to the front desk and told the receptionist how impressed I was. I even asked to meet the manager in the morning to personally thank him, but I had an early meeting in Vancouver and had to leave before I could. I travel a lot from Calgary and stay at many hotels. Most are fine, but real peace of mind comes from strong security — and this place has it. Rooms were clean, food was excellent, but the security team is what truly sets this hotel apart. Thank you to the entire team — five stars.”
