Was in town for a wedding, so decided to book a room here because they offered check-in at 3pm (that was a lie).
Arrived a 3pm to be told that actually, even if their website and confirmation emails says check in is at 3pm, check in is not at 3pm, 3 pm is only for early check in. We were able to fill in all the required paperwork, and received the room key, but the room wasn't ready. Front desk personnel said that we would get a text on the phone when our rooms were ready and we were directed to sit down in the lobby.
Pretty rude front desk personnel, when we were filling out the paperwork they received a call, answered it, and then said "I have never been asked for an ironing board" and then hung up on the person on the other side of the call? Weird
Just an overall bizarre check in experience, we sat down in the lobby for the next hour to see everyone else be handed their keys with no issues, but that might be that the cleaners were slow for our floor since they were fully booked.
The rooms were relatively clean, and the sheets felt nice, but the beds were rock hard. If you have mobility issues this could be a problem.
I appreciated the bath mats for the tubs, since the tubs were very slippery. The shower had a decent pressure and got really hot without any issues.
Horrible lighting in the whole room, I had to use my flashlight on my phone when I was putting on makeup.
Breakfast was nothing special, the usual spread (toast, eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, juice, hashbrowns)
