  We stayed at the Best Western Plus St. Albert from September 24th to 27th, 2026 as my partner had previously stayed here a couple years ago and was very impressed at that time. We were glad to learn that everything he liked then (especially the breakfast) was still the same now. The hotel is conveniently located for anything you would ever need, such as retail and and shopping, as well as the drive in and out of Edmonton. The rooms are large and clean, the showers have great pressure, and most importantly, ample hot water. The breakfast is by far, the best we have had from any other Best Western Plus we have stayed at. So many choices, with a great turnover of food keeping it fresh and hot. What really impressed us as well were the front lobby employees. There have been other hotels we have stayed at where the front staff were nowhere to be seen if they were not checking in or checking out guests. The employees at the St. Albert Best Western Plus were always seen and available if required. Other employees of the the hotel were also very friendly, from the maintenance, breakfast, and cleaning staff. Almost everyone greeted us coming or going during our three days stay. Special shout out to Josh and Asma who were on duty when we checked in on September 24. They were both fantastic in handling an issue with our Best Western Rewards account(s). Further their professionalism and sense of humour were both refreshing and much appreciated. We honestly believe that the Best Western Plus St. Albert could be a training hotel that other Best Western Plus' should strive to follow. Please keep up the good work! Doug and Jim Winnipeg, Canada

  We were only in town for one night, but this is the place to stay in St. Albert.

  So here's the thing, I really wanted to like staying here. I recently stayed at this best western plus for 4 days. Very unfortunately it wasn't what I expected. First off, i will say check in was very easy and the front desk person was very friendly. Now I expected the beds to be similar to other best westerns ive stayed in, these were hard and not pillow top at all. The pillows I was given were half sized pillows (good thing I brought my own). The first night of my stay i was told they were doing line painting the next morning, the note was very confusing (as it was for everyone as I found out) in where we should park. I was called to move my car the next morning after a late night. For future reference, just say, "park on the time hortons side" thats it, that's all you would of had to say. So, now im excited to go in the pool and hottub, the pool was freezing cold, again not the only guest to say so and there was clumps of hair in the water for the whole time I was there. I dont think the pool was cleaned at all. The hottub had tiles replaced on the sitting part but they were put on in such a way that if you moved over the tiles caught your legs. I had scrapes all along the back of my legs. The two biggest reasons I booked here were the beds and the pool area, both were a massive let down. I will give you points, the room was clean and the staff was friendly, thats about the extent of it. Again I really wanted to like this stay, I did not.

  I had great stay at western in Saint Albert. It was clean and comfortable. Rahman and Asma, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Breakfast was solid, and the wi-fi worked well.I I would stay here again. I highly recommend staying here!
