My stay at this hotel was disappointing, mainly due to the breakfast experience and room amenities.
One of the biggest concerns was the lack of food labels in the breakfast area.
Several items were displayed without any indication of what they contained.
My husband picked up some egg bites along with other breakfast items, and only as we were walking to our table did a kitchen employee stop us and ask if we ate bacon??because the egg bites contained bacon.
While I appreciate the employee informing us before we ate them, this situation could have easily been avoided with proper food labeling. As people who do not consume some meat items for religious reasons, it was upsetting to find ourselves in that position. At the very least, food name tags should be provided so guests can make informed choices.
This is not an unreasonable expectation, especially in a diverse community with guests from different cultural and religious backgrounds.
Additionally, there were very limited breakfast options for vegetarians. Aside from oats and fruit, there was not much available. Other hotel chains in a similar price range typically offer a wider variety of vegetarian-friendly choices.
The room itself was decent, but the toiletries provided were inadequate for two guests.
The body wash and shampoo bottles were extremely small and seemed suitable for only one person.
Since we had booked the room for two adults, either larger bottles or two sets of toiletries should have been provided.
Fortunately, I had brought my own supplies from home.
Overall, the stay was below average, but better attention to guest needs, food labeling, and basic room amenities would significantly improve the experience.

Fantastic experience, staff was incredibly polite, accommodating and easy to communicate with.
Room was clean and the quality of the amenities were better than expected - a nice surprise after a long trip!
I didn't catch the name of the gentleman at the front desk, but he went as far as staying late at the end of his shift to take a look for an extra set of goggles for my young daughter - which he found somehow? - Very happy and will travel the extra mile to stay every time I'm in the area.

Booked a king suite months in advance on a multi night promo deal. When we arrived I found that compared a simple walk up rate I was paying 50% more on my promo rate. I appreciate that pricing will vary but 50% is unfair and the description of a “promo” rate was misleading.
1 van de minste ervaringen met een best western hotel.
Positief: vroeg inchecken was mogelijk en start ontbijt al vroeg (6uur)
Negatief: geen warm water in de kamer, dus niet kunnen douchen in de kamer.
Nachtreceptie heeft alternatief geboden dmv douchen in algemene ruimte, maar al met al behelpen.
Ook was de handzeep pomp leeg, hiervoor kregen we stukjes zeep.
Bij vertrek werd ook niet gevraagd hoe we het ervaren hadden, waren misschien bang voor het antwoord?
Geen beste beurt van dit hotel.
