  I've stayed at this hotel before and chose it again for a 3 night stay this past weekend. It's definitely going to be my go to when I'm in Calgary moving forward. The rooms are spacious, the beds are so comfy and the housekeeping staff is top notch. The hotel gym has more equipment than most I stay at. The location is key. Once you get there you have grocery stores, drug stores and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I never touched my car once I arrived. I can't recommend it enough.

  Great experience. Front desk staff was really helpful .. special thanks to Naufil . He is amazing and doing a great job. Thanks for making our stay way more better than expected Naufil.

  I booked a suite here to have a peaceful, quiet night to myself. Paid almost $400 plus parking for my room, only to stay in filth. I found an unopened condom in the sofa bed(couch), the shower was filthy, there was nail clippings on the carpet, and other gross substances on multiple surfaces. I didn't notice all of these things at once, and not before midnight. It was too late to pack everything, get it inspected and potentially get moved. I tried to communicate this with the hotel, asked for a refund and gave a chance to rectify things because of the horrendous condition of this room, and have yet to receive a response regarding getting my money back. I am very disappointed that my one night away was ruined by the filth in my room I was so excited for.

  I have stayed in their accessible room while recovering from surgery, their 2 bed room with my family of three and their 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen when between houses. Every single stay has been wonderful, they helped us when we made a major booking mistake, they even let me do a walkthrough of an empty suite to see if it would work for my accessibility needs. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Calgary, none compare, the staff here are so accommodating, kind and professional they make this the best hotel in the city.

  We had a positive group experience with the BW Plus Suites Downtown Calgary and this was our third year working with the hotel. The GSM, Abhinav, was great to work with—always responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. While there were a few minor issues with the rooms, the front desk team was quick to address them and was friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a good group hotel with an excellent team behind it.
