Poor choice for us. We will probably not choose this property again. But it might be perfect for you.
1) Extremely difficult to access—we drove around for about 10 minutes trying to find the entrance.
2) Night front desk staff unfriendly and resistant to helping.
3) Asked for an extra pillow—was told the hotel didn’t have any. Threatened a bad review—front desk sent a woman off to find a pillow—she brought it to our room WITHOUT a pillowcase. We suggested she should get one. She did.
4) Looked to hang up an article of clothing behind the bathroom door—impossible since the hook was attached at the very top of the door—unreachable, unusable.
5) Shower was fine but it needs a handheld wand to make it more user friendly.
6) The king-sized bed was top notch. Very comfortable mattress—we had a great sleep.
7) Room temp controls allowed us to set good temperatures for our sleeping conditions.
8) Morning front desk man very friendly and interested in our issues—took notes.
9) Breakfast buffet very credible—well laid out with a good selection of proteins and regular breakfast fare like cereals. There is a yogurt machine and a pancake machine. Huge room with lots of seating.
10) Checkout was smooth.
11) Luckily for us since I am handicapped—we got what appeared to be the one and only handicapped parking spot in front of hotel. Maybe a couple more should be added since I saw other people with canes and walkers.
12) Oh, and it is a good thing there is a heavy blind on the room’s window because it looks out onto the back of the hotel’s sign—the open back allows the sign’s lights to blaze out like the lights of a baseball stadium.
13) The 24-hour coffee machine was broken. And ice is on the first floor—the signage is a bit difficult to understand.
Overall, both the king bed and the free breakfast pass muster. But the lack of extra handicapped parking spots, the less than helpful night staff, and the noisy cars racing on the street outside will probably send us looking elsewhere to spend a night in Calgary.
However, the property is very clean, the mattress is extremely comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent!
Had to stay here while work was getting done on our home. Staff was very kind, amenities were solid (pool, gym, breakfast was great), but the rooms were very dingy, cold, and dated in a negative way. Bed is too small and not comfortable and just isn’t a comfortable atmosphere.

We stayed at Best Western Airport Inn last weekend when we came to pick up our cousin from Calgary Airport, and we had a wonderful experience.
Our check-in was very late, but the staff were incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and helpful despite the late hour. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free after a long day of travel.
Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, you would hardly notice it. There was no disturbance from construction, and the atmosphere remained quiet and comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a restful night.
What truly made our stay special was the thoughtful welcome bag prepared by the management. Inside was a cartoonized picture of our family, which was such a heartfelt and personal gesture. A special thank you to GM Marites for going above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated. Our kids absolutely loved the picture and were so excited to receive such a unique keepsake.
It’s rare to find this level of genuine care and hospitality. We are very grateful for the warm welcome and will definitely remember this stay. Highly recommended!
Good location, quiet neighborhood, Pretty good rooms, friendly staff and free parking. Even though parking spots are a little tight at this hotel the customer service makes up for it at this place! I would definitely re-book in the future.

Price gouging is not a prudent business practice to build customer loyalty. Room is adequate, but not at the rate. It's large with a queen bed stuck in the middle and no other furniture, sort of looks stupid and not a $400 a night quality. Room has holes in the walls where a light used to be, paper thin walls allowed me to be woken up at 5 am from my neighbors alarm. I'll stay at the Wyndham brand next time.
