  I have shopped at Tiffany because I expect a level of service commensurate with the brand. Unfortunately, my experience at the White Plains/Westchester location was extraordinarily disappointing. My husband purchased for me a Elsa Peretti® Bean necklace. Within months, the clasp actually broke. I went into the store and was told blankly that they could fix it in about 3 weeks for $200. I restated that the clasp literally broke. The employee did not ask to see it. She just repeated her response. I responded that I'd like to wear it before then and my jeweler could probably do it. Her response than was that repairs elsewhere would void the guarantee. I asked, "What guarantee? You are telling me anything that breaks on your jewelry is out of pocket for customer to repair." She stated that was correct. I took it to my jeweler who said that it was, in fact, a faulty clasp. I paid to repair. I have purchased Tiffany products for graduations and special occasions for family many times. I will not do so again. The service shows they are not the "luxury brand" they claim to be.

  A nice place to get ornaments with exclusive designs. A lot of variety available and staff members are very co-operative.
