  Always a great, reliable choice for a staple bag, but this review is really about the exceptional customer service at this location. Brooke was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. When I mentioned the bag was a birthday gift for my sister, she thoughtfully gift-wrapped it and even added a special touch. Because of this experience, I’ll gladly go out of my way to shop here again and will recommend this location to others.

  Eric and the whole team was a pleasure.. was so nice that even manager was also so hands on.Eric was so meticulous on all my items was fun to watch how he cared..congratulations hope all SA are like u

  The collection is pretty good. They got the 2026 season collections as well as the past and classic collections. There are a lot of uncommon and unique colours, but these are the less popular ones in main stores, so some were discounted. Some of the bags didn't have a new stock in the back, so you'd have to take the display, but the sales associates are very open about the bag conditions and they're overall in good states. The SAs are very welcoming. Chris, in particular, helped me out a lot. He made recommendations based on my preferences, helped check stocks a lot of times, and was very informative too. I ended up finding a bag that I really liked and was able to purchase it smoothly. Overall it's a fun shopping experience!

  Laura & Gia are THE best! I initially came in today looking for the Essential Toile Canvas tote bag, but instead found the Essential Toile Canvas bucket bag which was more my style & fit, so cute! Laura helped me compare sizes & helped guide me to similar styles of bags/totes. Gia continued to assist & show me even more styles, provided me with water & a comfy seating area so I could rest from looking @ all the amazing syles & selections @ this location. Laura & Gia were both so patient, helpful, & made me feel so welcome. I already have a number of different Longchamp totes, bags, etc. in my collection & look forward to adding more from this location!
