  We got a great deal and the staff are very friendly! The breakfast is fully stocked and good. There isn’t much room to eat but they have to go containers which is huge. The indoor pool is nice and clean. The only negative is that because it is a pool indoors the floors stay wet but they have signs up for that. Overall great place to stay and everything is close by. I would stay here again!

  Our family enjoyed the clean rooms, and friendly staff in the heart of the stripe. They also have wonderful breakfast.

  Great place to stay in Pigeon Forge Right across from the Stampede, close to Dollywood, next door to Texas Roadhouse. 2 pools hot tub. Clean rooms, great breakfast buffet. We love it, have stay there over 10 yrs Sometimes 3 times a year

  Alarm went off for about 30 minutes…went to the front desk to inquire about it. Basically got dismissed. Called customer service, got zero results. Left with a splitting headache and no recourse. Never staying at the property or another Best Western property again if I can help it. Would rate it zero stars if possible.

  After approaching the front desk regarding a bug infestation, we were told maintenance would spray. The next day we still had bugs. We were told maintenance was sent to the wrong room to spray. We made them aware that we were still dealing with what looked like yellow jackets. The infestation was not resolved the entire three days we were there. Upon arrival at home I attempted to contact the general manager but was told he was in a meeting and I was provided with an email. I have sent two emails with no response. My husband came home with what appeared to be four bug bites or stings. The first time we stayed at Toni, as we walked in the room and flipped the light switch at the door, the lamps on the night stands would not operate. I requested a one night reimbursement. Of a $417 bill they only reimbursed $47.
