  Didn't stay here, was riding the motorcycle and a bad storm blew up on us, we du ked in to their covered entrance area to sit out the initial part of the storm. They invited us in, the wind was blowing the rain hard. The staff was nice and friendly. We stayed for about 15 minutes, said thank you and went on our way. Definitely has good service and the people care. I would definitely give this place a thought to stay when down here. If the rooms are anything like the front desk staff

  This is my second time at the hotel, and I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was clean, and the staff were very attentive and friendly—always with a smile! Yessica was especially helpful and provided excellent service. I love it; It's my favorite hotel. The breakfast was standard—no complaints there—and everything was always clean. The restaurant and pool restrooms were spotless, and everywhere I walked, things were very clean. See you next year for our next family vacation, God willing."

  The Continental breakfast is pretty decent, located in a good area. The three pools are clean. The staff cleans it. It's wonderful. The check-in staff not nearly as friendly as they used to be. There is more handicap parking that is needed and not enough places for those of us who travel with wheelchairs. Was very excited that I could stream my prime in My Disney without having to watch the channels that you're forced to in most of the hotels in the area

  From the elevator breaking and asking them to be able to accommodate my mom since she has trouble walking the stairs since we were on the 5th they said they couldn't told us they can give her money back so we found her a room at quality inn up the road they had a way better hot tub and pool area then this place !! The other problem told staff the outside hot tub wasn't hot she said it was cause if the kids jumping in and out of the pool!! If she look up my past reservations she would of seen I been here every year multiple seasons so the excuse she gave was bullshit she said she have someone look at it obviously she didn't cause my aunt went the next day she had the same complaint it was cold!! I noticed the management went down hill since last year!!! I really don't recommend this place !!!

  I stopped at this Best Western after getting caught in the rain with the top down on my vehicle. I politely asked if I could have a towel or even a couple of paper towels to wipe off my seats. I was told they couldn't provide anything because I wasn't a guest. While I understand businesses have policies, another guest pointed out that there were paper towels sitting on the counter. It was disappointing that such a small act of kindness wasn't extended. Customer service is often remembered more than the amenities, and unfortunately this interaction left a negative impression.
