  Everyone at this store is always so nice. I was helped today by Matthew who is so incredibly kind and patient. They let me take my time to decide, and provided expert advice when needed. I didnt get their name but the manager with blonde hair is always very nice and helpful as well. I usually hate shopping in person but everyone here always makes it a good experience!

  I needed something very special and Ashton pretty much bent over all the way backwards to help me out. He listened carefully, was so very attentive, patient and managed to provide the perfect solution for my cosmetic problem. Thank you so much Ashton!

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a spray that stopped working because the bottle itself is defective. The store took my email address when I made the purchase, but when I came back they said they couldn't check the system and find my receipt. What's the point of collecting customers' email addresses if you can't use them to look up a purchase? They refused to exchange the product because I didn't have the original paper receipt. Of course I don't keep receipts for six months, especially when they already have my email on file. They told me to contact Customer Service. Customer Service was just as unhelpful. They said the product had been discontinued, which has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that the bottle doesn't work and I wasted $50 on it. To make things even worse, after I started asking questions, they simply hung up on me. Never again will I shop at this store.

  Great boutique - Nice and clean, well organized, well stocked, and has extremely knowledgable and accommodating staff. Ashton is the best :)

  They actually had my foundation shade witch is next to impossible without it being over 100 bucks and helped me so much I got my makeup done for grad and the guy who helped me was amazing he is so talented I definitely recommend going there because they really listen to how you want things and will change what you don’t like
