  I went there to buy some oil for my car and put the oil in my car and I asked for a funnel that I could borrow because I know they always have one but the guy didn’t even bother to let me borrow one I managed to make a paper one and then I asked him if he could help me to open the so of the oil in the car and he didn’t care to help with something as simple as that

  Had a great experience here. Battery gave out on my vehicle. Was loaned a jump box and then Lee installed a new battery for me. Can't say enough nice things about hos well I was treated. Lee is a great person!!

  Need a battery and they have absolutely no help at the store. I waited 15 minutes while the counter man struggled with windshield wipers then told me it would be a while that he had no help at the front and it would be awhile before Tony would be available but you could here the laughing in the back. Poor service

  We had some car trouble while visiting Gatlinburg and Michael was very helpful. We were able to get what we needed and back on the road

  Never go here if you need anything Jim the general manager not very helpful at all. Just rude. Wouldn't do a simple battery install.
