  We not only order from the subway because it’s very convenient to our house but also because we’ve always gotten great service. We had a mixup on our app where it accidentally ordered from another Subway® out of state and I have been trying to get a hold of that subway store and I can’t so I have called the garden my location to see if I could get some numbers from them and everyone I’ve spoke to has been really gracious and tried to help and I even heard from the district manager and she is also trying to help. I know that $30 isn’t much to come out of a bank account, but I tried so many times to call the national store and couldn’t get a hold of anybody that now it’s just aggravating so I really appreciate any sort of help that they are willing to give us.

  Service is super nice but everytime I’ve ever been here there’s only ever 1-2 Employees, which has made every single visit 15 minutes or more. Just for the drive-through. Better management is clearly needed
