  The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was professional, friendly, helpful, and worked efficiently. It was refreshing to experience such outstanding customer service here in Henderson, KY. They made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service.

  I have NEVER found a dead bug in my food before and this is my first time experiencing this! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE EATING BUGS!! Today will be my last time going there!

  The restaurant is always clean and a good stop on our travels visiting family. My concern this time was the service and products served: I ordered a salad, was not greeted well, received a very small amount of chicken, I asked for cheese and instead of tearing the sliced cheese into small edible pieces they just layed big slices on top of the lettuce--and I was charged $11.09! The server looked for a fork, asked the manager, who just kept on walking, and said "we don't have any". How am I supposed to eat a salad with no fork?!? No one even offered to look for a fork and walked away leaving me with a $11 tiny salad and no way to eat it. Subway charges way too much for a bit of lettuce, chicken & a few vegetables, with employees that could care less.

  This was my first experience of customer service at this location. And I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the great customer service and food quality! Thank you Kane and David for the great experience!
