    Zarren and Allyssa are so kind and professional and should be commended for their customer service! Always smiling, and their music is so upbeat. It makes my experience at UPS so enjoyable each time. 10/10 will come back here for my Amazon returns.

    I had a package and a return label, and they wouldn’t accept it unless I provided my own tape. NOT good customer service! They will alienate a customer over 10” of tape?

    I had to drop off an Amazon return. What a pleasure it was! The young man was super efficient, but beyond that he was so polite and so friendly, and had the warmest Most genuine smile I have encountered in a long while. Well done!
