  I gave a thumbs down because it it not as good as it was. I would go a lot for late night dinner because it's light and fresh. Tonight I went there because we needed a fast meal and when we went in the usual nana's were not there. They are so cute ans friendly always smiling and laughing. This time it was 2 young girls whe did greet you and was not smiling. The one girl who was making my sandwich did not understand English and kept getting my sandwich wrong. For example she ask if I wanted it toasted I told her no and as soon as I said no she put it in the toaster I had to tell her twice to stop. Than when I told her mayo and mustard she said no mustard. When I got home I took a bite of my sandwich and the mustard and mayo exploded all over my hair and clothes and I hardly had any veggies. I opened my sandwich to check and it looked like she put the whole bottle of mayo and mustard in my sandwich. Unbelievable, I didn't think I had to really watch closely when making a simple sandwich. Worst ever. Please bring back the 2 very nice old ladies, at least they care about doing thier jobs the correct way. So disappointing.

  The subway manager is super rude and has no customer service what so ever!!
