I can't bring myself to speak poorly on the staff outside of how the sandwich was made, but it's because of the quality of my food that I can't give 5 stars. I will take fault where it's due with the fact that I allowed the app to be used instead of us ordering in person. That being said, my sandwich was supposed to have extra bell pepper but normal amounts of almost all other veggies. I ordered the cold cut combo (though the meat is really irrelevant right now) with pepper jack, lettuce, jalapeño, pickle, onion, spinach, and extra bell pepper. Sauce mayo. I got a cold cut combo with pepper jack, a questionable amount of veggies, and enough mayo for 3 sandwiches. I couldn't eat more than a couple bites because it was so smothered. If I had the amount of veggies I was supposed to, it wouldn't have been quite so bad. We live almost 30 minutes outside of town, so this isn't a "go back and make them fix it" type of situation. Instead, I wasted almost 12 dollars. I know making to go orders in the middle of in person orders can be difficult. I work in food service. But every customer, whether in person or not, should be given the same care. I know this subway location can do better. I've ordered in person and had a beautiful sandwich made for me. This is so below their normal that it almost makes me feel like someone angry was working and took it out on an unsuspecting customer that couldn't see them. Hopefully, they actually see this and realize the disappointment they caused. The only thing I can be thankful for is that my kid's sandwich was not as horribly messed up. Though none of us got what was paid for.
